Problem with grey holding tank for kitchen

We have a 1999 Jayco Designer 5th wheel. Kitchen holding tank has cracked and I have had it repaired 2 times and it is leaking again. I have ordered a new tank from Jayco to replace old one. I want to know if anyone has had a similar problem (and what caused the problem)and if you have a recommendation for a different type of holding tank and best way to install.

I have a 1999 Ford F250 diesel.

Problem with grey holding tank for kitchen

Where was it leaking and how was it repaired? Was it a stress crack or in a seam? The new tank from jaco should fit and be easier to install than some after market tank.
