When you do multiple cameras, a video switcher is usually installed to control all the video inputs. From that switcher, a single rca goes to the radio's camera input. So you would just have to connect that camera input to the new radio. Should be very simple. Oh, and the reverse wire will come from the switcher as well. (that will connect to the purple/white wire, or whatever the radio's reverse trigger wire is)
