We have one sofa that makes into a very small bed; there are also 2 chairs. We would like to remove the chairs and replace with another sofa or somehow enlarge the existing sofa bed.

Most of the RV sofa's can be taken apart and reassembled once in the RV. The only problem being if you can get the parts though the door. Look at used RV parts on the net and see what is available. Might have to refurbish there. Also campnig world and several others have new couch's of every description, just dollars.
