Where is the best place to go for getting tires for 225/R70-19.5 tires? I have dry rot on my two of my tires and wold like suggestions as to keeping the cost of replacement down to a minimum.

a local tire dealer and to my suprise they have them
$183.56 ea installed. I don't know if that high or not
they are 12ply.
