Retracting a slideout

I am having trouble retracting a slide out on a 31' Class C Motor home I have check for wiring at the switch This is brand new motor home The front seat is forward parking brake on switch works going out but not in. Please help with suggestions.
Our RV is a 2004 Sunseeker by Forest Rivers.

Is your slide mechanism electric or hydraulic? If it is hydraulic and made by HWH, give them a call and explain the problem. They are great.
