Roof maintenance

What kind of roof does my Rockwood signature 8298KS have and what is the recommended maintenance.

a rubber roof - One Piece Seamless Roofing Membrane. Look at your manual for maintenance schedules. Normally you will see to perform things like; Clean (mild soap) and inspect (seals, joints, skylights, etc.). Reseal areas that are dried out and/or cracking with a product like Dicor lapp sealant or EternaBond tape.
