Just came off a job where the OSB (chip board) has come apart due to leakage at the A/C unit. Everyone should remember to tighten down there A/C unit before rainy season. When you travel the vibration loosens the bolts and compresses the seal. Its and easy job and can save you $3500.00. :dead:
