RV Covers

We have a 2004 Holiday Rambler 31ft 5th wheel Alumascape, I'm thinking about buying a Adco Cover for it from Camping World, but I see some customers Reviews that say they don't hold up well, (one or two seasons). Do you really need a cover and if so does anyone know of anything better. I'm thinking it would be better to build a carport type cover in the long run.
Thanks, JDHDKID :shy: :)

A carport cover type would be much better IMO unless you will be moving about and need a cover at different places. Covers tend to scratch and some will collect moisture under them. AJMO

:disapprove: I myself don't like to cover an RV, you end up with scratchs, the covers are never snug, if your RV could be vaccum packed like the boats are up here after the boating season is over then you would have something. Ed

Covers also require climbing on top of the rv Jim and that can get to be dangerous when you reach Medicare age  .
