Guess they won't let it be reposted. Anyway, they were just saying that the resorts down gulf shores were going to be the next big thing for snowbirds and they would be purchasing the lots for 80k and up mostly up Planning on building them to sell with full services and the works. Ken, better get in the MH business. They are saying the babyboomers will be buying the 300k t0 600k MH and traveling so guess the price of fuel is not bothering all.

hey now i resemble that remark ,, i am a baby boomer ,, kinda ,, but my MH is free ,, but i will take donations ,, around the 800k mark :laugh: :laugh: :bleh: :laugh:
