RV towing a car

We just bought a new 28ft RV and realize that we need to tow a small car. Any comments/advice about using a “dolly” instead of a tow connection?

I prefer the 4 down tow because to me it is simpler to hook and unhook. Some cg it is hard to find room to store the dolly..
