Sandpiper trailer

WHO built this unit ( 1990)
we have bought a 27 ft and know nothing about it,
Is it a good make ?
anyone else have good/bad luck with it?
any suggestions on need preventive maintance??

Sandpiper was made by Cobra up to 1996 Then in 1997 Forest River Purchased the Name.

The main thing to watch for is the Roof. Check it and reseal if needed in the seams.
