Seadoo Trailer behind Travel Trailer

Is it ok to pull seadoo double trailer behind a 34ft travel trailer, if yes, what type of hitch do you recommend? Was looking at two types. One that just attaches to the bumper or another one that attaches to a frame? Leaning more towards the 2nd one.

In most states where double towing is allowed the 1st trailer must be a 5th wheel. In the case of the hitch most 5th wheels are not rated for anything but a bike carrier or small cargo rack on a bumper hitch, soyou would need a frame mounted hitch for towing, it would be best to check with the trailer mfg'r first to be sure, as I have seen a few that prohibited towing a second trailer period due to lack of strength in the rear frame and bumper.
