Seal for slide out

Today I extended my Slide out on my 1995 Newmar Kountry Aire. After getting it fully extended I noticed that the rubber gasket seal is torn up in 2 places. Can anyone help me locate a replacement. Being a 1995 I'll have to check with Newmar and see if newer MH still use the same and is it avalable from them. I would like to get it 3rd party. THANKS

I called Newmar and found the slide room seal. # 31373T= $160.62 + 8.00 shipping. It's comes in 30' length.
