Second AC Unit

I have a 2013 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel that is pre wired for a second AC unit in front bedroom (See attached Photo, Black fan would be removed). I would like to add a new AC, but not sure if it will be able to connect to existing common ducts and Thermostat, or will it be a stand alone with its own controls? If stand alone would I have to block ducts from original AC coming from the back of camper to front? Also could it be a smaller BTU Unit? HELP!

I have already installed two 18K BTU Furrion Chill Cubes. the existing one is a ducted model and the second in bedroom is a non ducted model. The original AC was a Dometic and the 12 vdc to common thermostat came from the ducted AC which no longer is there. I tried to feed the 12 vdc to T stat so I could control propane furnace but it doesn’t see the AC so I get an Error code E1 on T stat. Not sure if it needs an end of line resistor to fake out AC presence? AC’s are working great with the remote control. They are variable speed compressors and use less power especially on start up. Also have a 50 and 75% button to use if you are on inverter power. Might get a different T stat just for furnace.
