Mr AllisonMan or whoever knows best. I had an incident where my shift selector went blank while driving. Do not shift light came on, then Detroit series 60 went into limp mode./Pulled off Interstate shut down engine. Checked 2 fuses in VIM. ignition had power the main power did not. Would/could this selector cause the engine to go into limp mode? After a period of time shifter pad lit up started and was on my way. The Pro-Driver for the Detroit logged a power interrupt, but the transmission logged D1 through D5 nothing? Checked all power conections, and grounds. Was this a fluke incident? or can I expect it to happen again? Coments appreciated...great site thanks...
