I saw something like that in the latest GoodSam magazine. I think it was an Outback. Seems like it was more like a sunroom that popped up out of the top in the back with a stairway inside. I believe it was a toyhauler, too.

Don't know if that is what they are talking about. At Harrisburg PA a few years ago I saw trailers with decks on the roof. I mean sink, grill, chairs, umbrella etc. I mean the works, but I can't remember who made them. They had stairs from the living ares up that would rival what is in your house.

I did a general search online for "Sky Deck RV". Found a 2003 model for sale. Don't think they are still being made.
