Sliding windows

I posted in another topic with no results. Maybe someone can help here.
I recently purchased an 83 Xplorer. The sliding windows are very sluggish due to the fact that the vehicle was exposed to all kinds of weather and was not used for a few years. I tried using silicone spray, but that didn't help. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Sliding windows

We have a 2000 model trailer with sliders, they were very hard to move even when new. I finally put some petroleum jelly in the bottom of the lower track and they moved much easier. You might try one window and see if it helps yours.
