Something in the fresh water tank

I see something floating in the freshwater tank and it has been sanitized a couple of time. When I drained the water from the tank and started refilling it I saw something in the tank. Could a big bug have gotten into the tank through the valve when it was left open for a couple of days. I don't know how to get it out. Draining it did not work. Any ideas?

I’ve got 11 exodon tetras. They eat like piranhas and are way more active than piranhas. Also my tailspsot blenny is full of personality.
