Just went thru this shopping scenario in March. Its a older motor home that has had Michellin tires that have now aged out. Unless you are full timing, the age of the rubber causes a tire replacement over tread wear out. My tires were 10 years old yet had great tread..Due to rubber sidewall cracks, I felt a greater risk for motorhome damage away from home, and at the mercy of tire shops. After weeks of reading reviews, I went with Cooper Discover HT3. Its a highway tire with a OEM looking tread. Its been aprox 4000 miles since with out any complaints. Smooth and in good balance. I dont hear any noise. I also like "made in america" .. What ever you choose, dont get any chinese brands...they are cheaply made and offer a "bribe" price. Realize that china doesnt have a "DOT" safety regulator so quality will be poor. Could leave you stranded. Speaking of stranded, If that would happen, at least know Cooper is well known and available where ever you might be for a replacement.. just my thoughts.
