For repairing small tears in canvas, I recommend using a canvas repair patch or adhesive. You can find patches made specifically for canvas that you can easily cut to size and apply. For a more seamless fix, try using a strong fabric adhesive like Tear Mender or Gorilla Fabric Glue. If the tear is larger or in a high-stress area, you might want to reinforce the repair with stitching after applying the adhesive. Just make sure to clean the area first before applying anything, and consider using a waterproof product to ensure long-lasting durability!

For small tears in canvas, I’d recommend using a clear fabric glue or a patch repair kit specifically made for canvas—works great and blends well. Also, check out flexible gesso if you plan to paint over it. Totally random, but I was just doing a face shape quiz while waiting for my glue to dry—multitasking at its finest
