TRUCK CAMPER/UTILITY
I have seen it done and it could be a very handy combintion, but there are concerns and the biggest is weight. When it comes to truck campers, pushing your truck's limit can be scary because they are all top heavy. How heavy is the camper? The truck? Remember, a utility body weighs more than a standard pickup box and usually has hundreds of pounds of stuff in the compartments.
Get out your tape measure. How deep is the inside of the body? How wide? Now check the camper you want to use on your truck..will it fit? Where will you locate the tie-downs so you can still open the compartments?
