I'm from Europe, Lithuania. I have just bought a 1981 Palomino Pony from Belgium. For some formalities I need a chassis number (VIN), but the previous owner covered chassis with a thick layer of paint. To find this number, I should wipe the entire chassis, but most understand what is difficult and time consuming job.
So, maybe someone have this type of caravan and could look the location of this chassis number and tell me where is possible to find it or send a photo with this location. Also on the chassis is a small plate, but it is corrupted and its difficult to identify this number. I think that the VIN should be engraved somewhere on the chassis or elsewhere. But where ?
