Like many, if not most Baby Boomers, we've always wanted to 'hit the road' in an RV. Remember? See the USA in your Chevrolet? That very long dream is finally coming true. After doing my due diligence and researching for almost 2 yrs., and looking first at Class A, then 5'er's, then Class C's, we took possession today of our rig. It's a 1999 Ford F350 truck and a 33' Newmar 5th wheel, 2 slides (1 double and 1 single size). Both in pristine condition and low miles, country blue interior and extremely large inside. We finally found what we're looking for. They're out there, but you first have to know what you want. To figure that out, you have to research, research, research. If you don't, you're going to end up with the most expensive piece of junk you've ever bought. So the dream is alive and well and we're fixing to hit the road - FINALLY!
