I recently purchased a Keystone Hornet toyhauler that has a weight dist/stabilizer style hitch. The previous owner pointed out that the clamps/brackets on the trailer tongue frame are loose. He claims they should be loose, but I am not convinced. Each bracket has a threaded bolt that looks like it shold be tightened. Advice?
