What BTU is this AC and is it any good???

Hi Everyone,

I was looking on ebay for an AC unit for my 24'er. The seller of this unit doesn't know what BTU it is and I'm waiting for a responce as to what it came out of. It's 5 years old and supposidly works like it did when it was new.

:question: Roof Mount Air conditioner unit. Duo-Therm model by BriskAir Six modes, Three fan only and three Cool speeds with temperature control. Good operating condition. All Mounting hardware included.

Any Ideas :bleh:
