What weight truck? Duribility = weight. Most half ton pickups should be limited to not much over 5000 pounds, which brings you down to the 20' range, perhaps 24' in ultra light. But light = flimsy. I had a 24.5' light weight trailer, which was too much for my 1/2 ton pickup and started falling apart after 3 years.
You will want to find out the GVWR range for 28' heavy duty trailers, and see if your truck can handle that safely. If not, you either need a bigger truck or to settle for a smaller trailer. Then it becomes useful to talk about manufacturers.
