Winegard Satellite Dish

help! it is 3 years old, we have had it 2 years and never used,
it is a W inegary Movin View Satellite Dish, we can't get a signal, husband went on top of motorhome to look under doam, it does move around however someone said it shold also go up and down, it does not do this any idea on what to do???

we live in Dallas/Ft.Worth are, really in Rockwall does anyone work on these things?

Call and ask Camping World or one of the larger Dallas dealers.

Mine did the same
took the cover off and found that...well, it wound itself up, turned it back couple of times, moved the dish up and down
Then turned it back on and it worked. Have had to unwind it twice, I believe that was because I was turning allot while it was still searchin for a sat signal
