What sags? I bet not the wheel. IF wheel sags, yes, they can deform, then you have great problems.
If tire sags then it is flat.
If the suspension sags then that is a suspension issue, not a wheel issue.
6 years is realistic for a heavy camper to sag out the leaf springs on a heavy camper, did you say heavy or was that me? I heard heavy somewhere...
solution is helper springs or new springs or air bags or other spring assist device..
