Winterizing for Colorado

More questions plague me. I am travel from Houston, TX to Colorado and leaving my MiniWinnie (24') at a park and hooked up (12/22-30) and keeping the thermastat at 55. Do I need to do any winterizing?

Empty your holding tanks and put some pink stuff down the toilet and sink drains to keep the exposed valves from freezing. If you can't leave the water heater on you may want to drain it just in case you get a hard freeze while your gone.
