OK. Do not go to Zion through the EAST entrance. There are 2 tunnels; one of which is VERY long through a mountain. RV'ers have to PAY extra for an escort. There are MANY scary switchbacks down into the park. SO....plan your trip to enter through the South entrance, I think it is from I-15. MUCH better trip into Zion; mostly flat.
Enjoy the scenery from Watchman Campgound inside Zion. But don't forget to visit the quaint little town nearby. We did.
