new owner of 05 dodge 2500 quad cab 4x4 diesel
not wanting fith wheel plate in bed of truck i am a traveling pipefitter dont need to move but 4 or 5 times a year going from 25ft class a to fith wheel and wanting up to 36ft 5th i have seen goose extentions any wisdom out there

Hello and welcome. Wisdom, DON'T go with an extension. Those things chage the stress's on the frame and void frame warranties. If you were going with a smaller trailer, you might be OK, but the trailer your talking about is going to be heavy. Don't do it.

If your only moving 4 or 5 times a year, take the hitch out of the truck. Let it hang off the kingpin while not in use.
