I have a rental cottage on a lily pond in New Ulm, Texas, one hour west of Houston, one mile from the greatest golf: The Falls in New Ulm. The grounds are 50 acres of nature trails. I've been thinking of opening my B and B rental cottage to Class B motorhomes exclusively. Does anyone think that my site would be rented by Class B owners? Two Class Bs maximum occupancy unless one or two more people wanted to rent the cottage in addition. Just doing a feasibility study. Go to www.TexasBandB.us for some views.
