Has anyone owned a lot in a Class A resort? My wife and I just finished a trip through the the Southwest and came across one. It was a great location and beautifully landscaped and we are considering a lot for purchase for our winter destination. We would appreciate any feedback on your ownership experience in terms of fees, management, amenities, social life and resale. We just started looking into this so any input we can get is helpful.
