ok .. ive kinda hit on this subject before but .. wasnt satisfied with the responses .. i have a tacoma double cab and a jayco x17z and i want to take my "atv" with me .. i know the truck will take the load .. however, i have to have the tailgate down during transport. (airbags installed on rear suspension). my problem is the jack .. the rv tougue jack. ... battery behind that and then propane tank .. with the tailgate down it's not even close to hitting the battery... the jack has got to move! can i mount an electric jack on the side near the propane tank? on the frame? bout a 2X4 " steel frame? i would like to take both .. i know the truck can do it .. got a jack in the way! personnally .. id perfer an electric jack .. (spoiled and lazy lol) .. thanks for your advice!
