Went thru a simular drill in 07 for a 00 Diplomat parking light lens. Was able to copy the data off the lens and then googled the number. Low and behold the Diplomat used the same lens as a 97-02 Ford Econoline van. Then used goparts.com to purchase was around $13 to my door.
Something like that may work in your case.
