I'm new to the camping world and am looking at jumping right into a new unit and plan to tow it behind my '06 Ford F250 6.0L.
I have fallen in love with the double slide, bathroom exit & outside kitchen floorplan. I have been looking at two of the lower priced models with this floor plan and would like to here to pro's & con's on each.

2012 Crossroads Zinger 31SB
Do either of the two have an enclosed belly, heated pipes/tanks, ducted or electric awning/jack? Are there any major difference?
What are the benefits of an fiberglass/aluminum trailer or upgrading to a Crossroads Sunset Trail ST31BH?
