onan 5000 generator

generator on 32 ft Thor Pinnacle will run for 15 minutes then shuts down. Suggestions to fix appreciated. I am not near a dealer.

Hey Bill, welcome to the forum.

Have you checked the coolant and oil level? I am sure you have but that is the first thing that comes to mind. What year and KW do you have?

Hello Also check to see if the belts are tight s the water pump spins of the fan belt if these are not tight enough it will shut down when temp hot . and can be restarted when cooled.Easy fix but have to remove casing .Let us know what you find. thanks Dave
