pac brake w/allison transmission and cummins deisel

We just spent lots of dollars having the pac brake replaced and didn't solve the problem. When the weather is wet the pac brake engages to the point of slowing the vehicle almost to a stop. If we shut the brake off we have to come to a complete stop before it disengages. We have a 2003 Holiday Rambler. Any suggestions?

You must have water getting into a connector somewhere under the coach. Track down the wiring and check and waterproof the connectors.
On my old MH- there is a fuse panel in front(not possible to get water in there unless the windshield is leaking) and also a connection panel in the engine bay that power goes thru for the pacbrake.
