Problem with roof

We were just told by Camping World that the roof on our 94 Winnebago needs to be replaced. Our choices are a rubberized coating which they say will last 1 year, or a rubber roof, which will last 3 years. The roof is fiberglass now. We could also do fiberglass, but it sounds like the price may not make sense for a motorhome this old. We would appreciate your thoughts.

Welcome to the forum. Can you explain why they said your roof needs replaced? Are you leaking some where? Do you have cracks on the roof? Just a few more details to determine what to suggest would help.

I agree with Archer. If there are no leaks, I would sure get another opinion. Keep in mind that Camping World is a place that hires mostly newly certified techs. They don't pay well enough to keep the really talented ones as the better dealerships hire all of the good ones away once they have some experience.

B4 I would 'trust' what thay had to say I would get another opinion. I seriously doube you need a "new' roof. JMHO
