no, it's cracked and the gelcoat is cracked enough that water could get in so it's time to repair it. Good thing it doesn't rain much here in Southern Az.
Glen - Another place to try would be any marina or boat repair shop in your area. They are pretty well versed in fiberglass repair since most boats are fiberglass these days. Good luck.
