I think that Tex is on the right track, but since the tank sensors and the battery level indicator are both not working the thing that they have in common is the ground on the back of the indicator display panel. If you remove it, then check for a ground lead and make sure that it has a good connection. If you own a meter, read from the ground lead to a good contact with the frame of your RV, or even to the neg. side of your coach battery. It should read near 0 ohms. If you don't have a meter, get a long wire and connect the end to the neg. post of your battery and the other end to the ground terminal on the back of the display. If it then works, you have found the problem.
