Re: Towing Honda Pilot

Phillip, go here http://www.remcotowing.com/ and see if they offer anything to inable you to tow the 07 Pilot. Do you have the owner manual? It should tell if it can be towed 4 down. Another option is a dolly.

Re: Towing Honda Pilot

Thanks,
I installed the tow bar assembly and the notes said the same as the website. It says No test data available but no know problems. It tells me to tur the inigtion switch on go to drive, then back to nuetral, then turn switch off. I have not read much more as far as if the steering wheel locks and straight. It did not have that in that particular section. I will read further. I really don't know if the steering wheel locks when the switch is off, since it is my wife's car. Does the steering wheel need to be unlocked when towing or locked straight?
thanks,
Phillip :)

RE: Towing Honda Pilot

I tow a 2005 Saturn Vue with a Honda drive train and those are the same directions I follow. Note that you must start the car let it run for a few minutes and re do the procdure every 8 hours of towing.
