Buy or not buy 95 Gulfstream Conquest

I looked at a 95 28 ft Gulfstream Conquest, it is in very amazingly good condition for the year. However , it had rained hard for 9 hrs , there was some water under the overhead bunk mattress, a couple slight ripples in the wood in a 6 inch area but it was still solid . Can I put space heaters up there , dry it out /save it, then Eternabond the seams to prevent water intrusion ? I had a previous class c that self destructed from water , so I understand the danger but it only has 22,000 miles ,is in amazing condition for the year and with 3 sons and a recent divorce, it is an affordable way to spend valuable bonding time with them , should I buy it ?

specificially right now we are trying to find the correct door size to replace the door. when we measure around the frame of the original door and on the rv it says 25x75
