I have seen your responses and need your help. We have a 1988 Barth Regency 36' Cummings diesel with an allison mt643 transmission. After not starting it for a year she cranked right up and sounded great. The only thing we noticed, first, was the gas petal didn't seem to work, but after 5 minutes of a warm up it started engaging. The rpms are idling around 2000-2100, we don't remember if that is were they always where at or if it is running higher than normal. The transmission fluid is at a good level and there seems to visually not be anything wrong with the linkage assembly every thing seemed tight and no frayed wires or loose connections. Where do we go next? Thanks so much!
