Am I correct in thinking that you cannot trailer a boat behind a fifth wheel in British Columbia? also in Yukon??

I know that you can't tow doubles in BC, but I am not sure about the Yukon

Also illegal in New Brunswick but they don't seem to enforce for 'out of province' plates.
