manuals are rare. some rvs have them, most do not. All should come with individual owners manuals for the installed parts like water pump, fridge, air cond, oven etc, but not the entire rv.
Vauge vague vague question are hard to answer. I know how to start a generator. press start. the fuel pump starts when starting the generator. did that help? not sure exactly what you are asking or what generator you have or what the issue is, or what you tried already.
