I need some assistance in how to use less water in my RV shower.Is there any method i.e changing shower head etc.

Turn on the hot water and while you are waiting for the hot water to reach you lather up your wash cloth. Get wet when the hot water gets to you. Turn it off. Shampoo and wash. Turn water back on and rinse off. Turn water off.
