If price is not a significant problem, you could buy one and then sell it after the trip. Used would be cheaper but perhaps more trouble.
If you can't find the unit you need, perhaps have a SportsMobile made to order for your needs, then you wouldn't have to pay for the features you don't want.
Or just get a regular van and take out all unneeded seats, rig up curtains and put in a porta-potty. Small fridge would likely be handy as well, plus DVD player for the kids.
